| BayState group Industries manufactures castings to demanding specifications and the leading companies in North America and Europe is using BayState as their business partners for procurement of critical castings.
Development Our Tool Room / Pattern Shop is equipped with CAD/ CAM tools and CNC machines for design and manufacturing of the Patterns. We use CAE tools for Casting flow simulation. Melting: We have oil fired rotary furnaces, Induction furnaces for melting and the melting process is controlled as per the requirement. The molten metal is analyzed and checked for conformance to specifications, before it is poured. Moulding Green sand moulding, Dry sand moulding, CO2 / No Bake moulding, Molasis sand moulding and shell moulding Core Shop The complete requirement of cores for moulding is made with oil sand, Carbon dioxide-silicate process, cold box, shell process and No bake process. Quality Control We use CMM, tensile testing, and hardness testing, Non-Destructive testing and proof machining Laboratory We use Spectrograph, Microscopic Equipment, Sand testing and wet analysis in our LAB
